1. Use License

Permission is granted to download one copy of the materials (information or software) on VijayRenga LLC's DoxAPP application for personal, professional clinical use. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any purpose other than clinical documentation
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in DoxAPP
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

2. Medical Disclaimer

DoxAPP is a clinical documentation assistant tool. It is designed to assist licensed healthcare professionals in generating clinical notes and documentation. Important disclaimers:

• Not a substitute for clinical judgment: AI-generated notes must be reviewed, verified, and approved by a licensed clinician before being used in patient care or medical records
• No diagnostic capability: DoxAPP does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatments, or provide medical advice
• Clinician responsibility: The treating clinician bears full responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of all clinical documentation
• AI limitations: AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. Always verify all generated content against the original patient encounter

3. Professional Use

DoxAPP is intended for use by licensed healthcare professionals. By using the application, you represent that you are a licensed medical professional or are using the application under the supervision of one. You are responsible for ensuring your use of DoxAPP complies with all applicable medical regulations, institutional policies, and standards of care.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The materials on DoxAPP are provided on an 'as is' basis. VijayRenga LLC makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

5. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall VijayRenga LLC or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use DoxAPP, even if VijayRenga LLC has been notified of the possibility of such damage. This includes, but is not limited to, any clinical decisions made based on AI-generated content.

6. Accuracy of AI-Generated Content

You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated clinical notes are draft documents that require professional review
• The accuracy of transcription and note generation depends on audio quality, accent, medical terminology, and other factors
• You will not rely solely on AI-generated content for patient care decisions
• You will verify all clinical documentation before incorporating it into official medical records

7. Links

VijayRenga LLC has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its application and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by VijayRenga LLC. Use of any linked website is at the user's own risk.

8. Modifications

VijayRenga LLC may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this application, you are agreeing to be bound by the then-current version of these terms of service.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where VijayRenga LLC operates, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
