Terms & Conditions - DoxMAP

Effective Date: February 20, 2026

1. Use License

Permission is granted to download and use DoxMAP on your devices for personal and professional mind-mapping purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials
  • Use the materials for any commercial redistribution
  • Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in DoxMAP
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
  • Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

2. Disclaimer of Warranties

The materials in DoxMAP are provided on an 'as is' basis. VijayRenga LLC makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

3. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall VijayRenga LLC or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use DoxMAP, even if VijayRenga LLC has been notified of the possibility of such damage.

4. Sync Feature

The optional real-time sync feature uses Firebase Firestore to share map data across devices. By using the sync feature, you acknowledge that:

  • Map data associated with your Sync Code will be stored in Google Firebase's cloud infrastructure
  • Anyone with access to your Sync Code can view and edit your shared maps
  • You are responsible for keeping your Sync Code private
  • VijayRenga LLC is not responsible for data loss or unauthorized access resulting from shared or compromised Sync Codes
  • Sync availability depends on Firebase service uptime, which is outside our control

5. Data Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • The content of mind maps you create and store in DoxMAP
  • Any sensitive or confidential information you choose to include in your maps
  • Maintaining backups of your important map data
  • Ensuring that any clinical information in maps complies with applicable privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA)

VijayRenga LLC has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its application and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by VijayRenga LLC. Use of any linked website is at the user's own risk.

8. Modifications

VijayRenga LLC may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this application, you are agreeing to be bound by the then-current version of these terms of service.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where VijayRenga LLC operates, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
