Terms & Conditions - DoxMAP

Effective Date: March 8, 2026

1. Use License

Permission is granted to download and use DoxMAP on your devices for personal and professional mind-mapping purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials
  • Use the materials for any commercial redistribution
  • Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in DoxMAP
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
  • Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

2. Subscription Plans & Pricing

DoxMAP offers the following subscription options:

  • Free Tier: Create and manage up to 1 mind map with full feature access
  • DoxMAP Pro Monthly: $19.99 per month — unlimited mind maps, all themes, full AI assistant access
  • DoxMAP Pro Annual: $199.99 per year — unlimited mind maps, all themes, full AI assistant access (best value)

Subscription details:

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account (iOS) or Google Play account (Android) at confirmation of purchase
  • Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan
  • You can manage and cancel subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store or Google Play after purchase
  • Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

3. AI Assistant

DoxMAP includes an AI assistant feature that can help you build, modify, and organize your mind maps. By using this feature, you acknowledge that:

  • On-Device AI (Gemini Nano): On supported Android devices, AI processing may occur locally on your device. No data is sent to external servers when using on-device AI
  • On-Device AI (Apple Intelligence): On supported iOS devices, AI processing may occur locally using Apple Foundation Models. No data is sent to external servers when using on-device AI
  • Cloud AI Providers: When on-device AI is unavailable or when using cloud providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini), your map data and prompts are sent to third-party AI services for processing
  • AI-generated content is provided as suggestions and may contain errors or inaccuracies
  • You are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated content before relying on it
  • You are responsible for providing and securely storing your own API keys for cloud AI providers
  • VijayRenga LLC is not responsible for any actions taken based on AI-generated suggestions

4. Cloud Sync & Account Authentication

DoxMAP offers optional cloud sync powered by Firebase to share your mind maps across devices. By using the sync feature, you acknowledge that:

  • You may sign in using email/password or Google Sign-In via Firebase Authentication
  • Map data associated with your account will be stored in Google Firebase Firestore cloud infrastructure
  • Maps sync in real-time across iOS, Android, and web platforms when you are signed into the same account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • VijayRenga LLC is not responsible for data loss or unauthorized access resulting from compromised account credentials
  • Sync availability depends on Firebase service uptime and your internet connection, which are outside our control

5. Cross-Platform Availability

DoxMAP is available on iOS, Android, and the web. A single subscription covers one platform. Features and availability may vary slightly across platforms. We strive to maintain feature parity but do not guarantee identical functionality on all platforms at all times.

6. Data Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • The content of mind maps you create and store in DoxMAP
  • Any sensitive or confidential information you choose to include in your maps
  • Maintaining backups of your important map data
  • Ensuring that any clinical information in maps complies with applicable privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA)
  • Content sent to cloud AI providers for processing

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The materials in DoxMAP are provided on an 'as is' basis. VijayRenga LLC makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

8. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall VijayRenga LLC or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use DoxMAP, even if VijayRenga LLC has been notified of the possibility of such damage. This includes but is not limited to damages arising from AI-generated content, data loss during sync, or service interruptions.

9. Links

VijayRenga LLC has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its application and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by VijayRenga LLC. Use of any linked website is at the user's own risk.

10. Modifications

VijayRenga LLC may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this application, you are agreeing to be bound by the then-current version of these terms of service.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where VijayRenga LLC operates, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
