HYMS Pro is a tool designed to assist in the documentation and tracking of muscle strength assessments. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice and treatment. Users are solely responsible for their use of this application in clinical practice and for maintaining the confidentiality and security of patient data.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of all patient data stored in HYMS Pro. VijayRenga LLC is not responsible for unauthorized access to patient records or data loss resulting from device damage, loss, or theft. It is recommended to maintain regular backups of important patient data.
The materials appearing on HYMS Pro could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. VijayRenga LLC does not warrant that any of the materials on the Application are accurate, complete, or current. VijayRenga LLC may make changes to the materials contained on the Application at any time without notice.
